What are they?

These are insoles to give support to people with flat feet ! and support their arches, they are designed on the foundation of podiatric biomechanical principles. Recommended choice for those seeking maximum support . These are ideal for feet with low arches. Great for hiking boots , ski boots , trainers , any shoe that has a pull out insole that can be replaced by these.

What are they used for?

Heel Pain , Knee Pain , Back Pain , Tired Aching feet and legs , painful feet ,

If you support the feet in the correct position then the body is also going to become more aligned. Quite simply if you have an unstable base then the structure above it(our legs and body) will become unstable. Your feet are the foundation of the body .If you have a slight misalignment in the foot this can cause poor posture . Muscles then try to compensate and become tired and strained, this results in poor posture. With proper alignment you can prevent the spread of pain to other parts of the body such as your ankles , knees ,hips , back and shoulders.

 Superfeet Insoles :

This insole has the lowest profile in the superfeet range , so it will accomodate flexible flat feet.It is also easier to fit into tighter fitting foot wear due to its low profile design. The flexible low profile helps to stabalise and support the foot. It is reinforced with a harderned plastic (PE), for extra control and stability The top lining is coated with antibactarial coating that inhibits the growth of odour causing bacteria.

Sizing information

There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That’s why these insoles are made full-length  in size ranges typically spanning 1½ sizes to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A PROPER FIT:

  • Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup, and not over the edge.

  • If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.

  • If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
