What are they?

These heavy duty , shock absobing insoles are the orginal and most famous of superfeet insoles.

They are great for treating , plantar fasciitis / Heel pain . We use loads of these in the clinic .These are ideal for feet with medium to high arches.

If you support the feet in the correct position then the body is also going to become more aligned. 

Quite simply if you have an unstable base then the structure above it(our legs and body) will become unstable.

Muscles then try to compensate and become tired and strained, this results in poor posture. 

With proper alignment you can prevent the spread of pain to other parts of the body such as your ankles , knees ,hips , back and shoulders.

Sizing information

There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That’s why these insoles are made full-length insoles in size ranges (typically spanning 1½ sizes) to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.


  • Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup, and not over the edge.

  • If the insole is too narrow, go up a letter-size.

  • If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot, go up a letter-size.
